This guided meditation is a short one, aimed at finding a small moment in the day to pause and check in with yourself, the breath, and the body. A moment for when you are feeling overwhelmed, too busy, maybe anxious or just want to take a few minutes to break up the day and collect your thoughts. During this guided practice you will move through a few quick exercises to centre yourself and slow down. This is something I do regularly and find to be very helpful.
