Welcome to this meditation practice that will support you to unwind from any financial stress you might be feeling right now and to open yourself up to allowing more money,

More abundance,

And more positive feelings into your life.

So sitting in an upright,

Comfortable posture,

Closing your eyes,

Leaving your worries behind.

As you move within,

Begin to breathe into your body,

Deeply through your nose,

And exhaling a sigh of relief through your mouth.

Breathing in and exhaling all the way,

Inhaling fully and exhaling fully.

So you continue to breathe at your own pace.

Bring to your awareness the conversation around money that's happening inside your body and mind.

Begin to ask yourself,

How do you feel about money in your life right now?

Paying attention to anywhere in your body that clenches or tenses.

Begin to breathe into those spaces of discomfort and exhale,

Letting it go.

Breathing in fully and completely,

Noticing the stories that come up in your mind and exhaling them away.

Breathing in fully and completely,

Pulling life into your lungs,

Holding that breath at the top,

Feeling yourself full of life and exhaling any and all stress.

Breathing in all the way into any of the areas that you're holding on to worry or anxiety.

Slowly and fully exhaling that breath,

Releasing that worry.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

Breathing fully and completely and letting go,

Softening your body.

Noticing in your body,

Imagining those areas of tension like a wound up ball of string.

With each breath,

Imagine breathing into that ball of tension and with each exhale,

Feeling it come undone,

Unwinding,

Breathing into the stories that cause you stress around money and letting them go.

Breathing in and unwinding,

Softening your shoulders,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your whole body,

Breathing in,

Feeling yourself supported in this moment by life with this breath,

Giving thanks for that and exhaling,

Smiling.

Breathing in,

Acknowledging all that you do have in this life,

In this moment,

Celebrating the small things for they all add up.

Releasing that stress,

Letting it go fully and completely.

Breathing in,

Smiling,

Receiving the gift of being alive.

Exhaling,

Unwinding that ball of tension in your body,

Feeling your body sink into this space.

Breathing in all the way,

Feeling your belly rise,

Feeling yourself being nourished by this breath and exhaling any and all worry,

Letting it go.

Breathing in,

Smiling,

Giving thanks for your body,

For your health,

Exhaling,

Softening your muscles,

Letting go.

Taking this moment to be in this space,

To acknowledge that life is good,

That you are supported.

Asking yourself what would it feel like to choose to have a positive experience around money no matter how much or how little is in the bag.

How could you choose to feel more abundant in your life?

Gratitude is the first place to start,

To look at the people who surround you,

To celebrate your health,

To celebrate each day,

To celebrate the sun shining,

The oxygen you receive from the trees and the plants.

That there's so much more to this life than money.

So breathing into your body,

Feeling your cells vibrating with energy and exhaling,

Letting go of that stress.

Breathing in,

Choosing to feel good and positive in this moment and exhaling away any negative feelings.

Take some time to be with your breath.

Do your very best to think positive thoughts in this moment.

If any negative ones creep in,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to gratitude.

Connect to what is real and in front of you.

You are supported.

Breathe that into your heart.

Know it to be true and let life in.

As you breathe,

Feel this energy of giving and receiving with each breath you receive,

With each exhale you give back.

Breathing in,

Receiving the abundance of life,

Exhaling,

Giving it all back.

If you wish to receive more in your life,

See where you have space to give.

See how you can share good energy with all those you meet.

That good energy will surely come back.

And it starts with each breath.

Breathe in,

Exhale you give back.
