Tomoya Aomori is a Japanese-American pianist and Reiki-certified practitioner whose creative life spans both the concert hall and the healing arts. A longtime faculty member at The Juilliard School, he has spent his life in deep relationship with sound β as a performer, teacher, and explorer of music's quieter, more intimate possibilities. His solo piano pieces are largely improvised, emerging from stillness and a sensitivity to energy and the present moment. As a Reiki practitioner, he approaches music as an energetic offering, where sound becomes a gentle vehicle for healing, reflection, and emotional release. His music is created for rest, restoration, and the quiet moments of everyday life β each piece offered with care, as something you can return to when you need it most.
