Explore MeditationI started practicing Vinyasa in 2013. I graduated in Vinyasa and in Restorative yoga with Raquel Peres. In 2019 I also graduated in Access Bar therapy with Renata Sahaja and in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, in Bali. Also in Bali I had an immersion on Samatha and Vipassana meditation. Yoga is a crucial part of my life and I feel lucky to have learned it from inspiring professionals. Having the chance to share these lessons and experiences with my students is a joy. Everyone can benefit from yoga.
