I had a slight sore throat, throat glands were swollen. So I tried this frequency on healing it, put my phone right under my throat near my glands. Sucked on a fisherman’s friend, talked to my body through out the meditation telling its strong, I trust it knows what to do to heal, that it’s Resilient.
