This is a mix of chanting and sinewave amplitude modulation, designed to get your creative juices flowing. There's a modulation at 7 Hz (top of theta, bottom of alpha) and 13 Hz (top of alpha) that are combined in the tones. The voice is wahwah'd so it sounds weird -- it can help you notice any judgments that come up about unusual things. These judgments will disappear with time as you experience the joy of loving what you create. Let's make wonderful things in the world!
