I seek to wish what I have always known,

That beauty and love begin in the heart.

Here you use the power of the mind and the heart to experience love towards parts or all of your body and in its complete and ideal state,

Functioning optimally.

This is an extraordinary way to improve your body image as you hold gratitude and love for your body.

This is how you awaken the power of manifesting and metamorphosis and of great healing.

To truly love your body as it is begins a journey into wholeness.

This meditation on how to love and appreciate your body comes at a time when we all might seek greater presence in the witnessing of our perfect nature as we are and as our individual perfection and through the eyes of eternal gratitude rather than judgment or criticism.

The secret is to appreciate and witness the perfection of your body as it is now,

Even as you may seek to improve upon aspects of it.

Body love now is a meditative tool to illuminate appreciation and care of all that your body does to support and nourish you in each moment.

It is a powerful practice for facilitating individual healing and recovery of your body as you may hold personal goals of well-being and optimal health.

Experience it for yourself.

Let this be a practice that supports and nourishes you deeply.

Let's begin.

Begin in a seated posture with your eyes gently closed.

The first part of three in this meditation practice is to witness your body from within.

How you do this is with a gentle scan and a free floating allowing of what area or areas of your body come into your awareness first.

With your eyes closed,

Allow for one particular area of your body to rise up into your awareness of it.

For a moment or two,

Just allow,

Invite this awareness in.

Hold presence for it.

Hold presence for what you are witness to.

That part of your body comes forward into your awareness.

Hold your attention here as you observe this part with an attitude of care and love.

Hold the space for you to witness this part of your body.

Hold the space for you to witness this part of your body.

Ask yourself,

How can I better appreciate this part of me?

How can I better appreciate this part of me?

What are the words that you might say to yourself lovingly as you speak directly to this part of your body?

If you wish,

You may also visualize this part of your body in its ideal state or form,

Functioning most optimally.

Because this may be most helpful if there is a part of you that needs healing or support.

Imagine as a means of showing and feeling greater love and appreciation of this part.

Imagine this part perfectly healthy,

Vibrant,

Strong,

Flexible,

Adaptable,

Able to support you for whatever you do,

Able to function optimally.

Visualize this,

Hold appreciation for this part of your body that supports you so beautifully.

Choose to see the beauty in your body,

In this part.

And then as you open your perspective to witness and see all of you in your mind.

Healthy,

Thriving,

Beautiful.

It's about seeing the beauty that exists within you right now as you are.

Secondly,

Give thanks to your whole body for all that it does to support you.

Think about this particular part of your body and all that it does to support you.

To allow you to function optimally.

It's purpose in supporting all of you.

You can say the words inward or aloud.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And the third and final part,

Give this part of your body,

Your love as it is and as you visualize it in its ideal form.

So that there are two things here you are doing simultaneously.

You are sending love from your heart chakra,

Your heart center into this area of your body.

And you are also envisioning this part as most beautiful and vibrant,

Youthful if you wish,

Strong,

Healthy.

We do this because all of the trillions of cells of your body are listening.

Every thought you hold,

Every thought you think and convey is a message to your body at the deepest cellular level,

Directing how your cells perform and function.

You must love your body for what it offers you now,

Even as you may also visualize its ideal state and form.

Think and speak the loving words that direct this part of your body in the most beautiful way.

This is how great transformation occurs at the cellular level and which impacts all that you are continuing to foster and nourish and manifest.

This is what shapes healing and metamorphosis.

For a time longer and as you continue to hold gratitude for this part and for all of your body.

Notice the feelings that rise up in which support all that you are so grateful for.

And then to say the words,

I love you,

To yourself,

To this part of your body,

Whether inward or allowed,

For all that this part of your body does for you and as you see it in its perfect form.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Feel this love you give to this part of your body as you direct it in to this part and Allow this part of your body to feel nourished,

Supported and loved now as it is and also as you continue to visualize it in its perfect form.

We choose to visualize the perfect form of our body,

To support and direct the cells to thrive,

To continue to function optimally.

Because our body always wants to support us and for what we need from it.

Take a few moments to be here in your feelings of gratitude and appreciation and of course,

Laugh.

Feel this part of your body loved,

Loved by you.

Supported by you.

Now begin to call your focus into the present moment.

Now feeling at peace a softness throughout your body,

Calm and comfort.

Witness this part of your body as a part of the greater whole that you are.

And as you think of this part and as you see it,

Continue to offer it love,

Appreciation and the belief of its ability to thrive as you,

As a part of you.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Fluttering them open gently to witness the perfect form the presence of this moment here and now.

You may wish to repeat this practice often as part of your daily ritual of self care and self love,

To allow new parts of your body to rise up,

To hold presence of these as you repeat this meditation and visualization practice.
