Relationship Conflict | Achieving Peace Through Emotional Safety

With Conscious Love

Why do the same arguments keep happening? The foundation of relationship conflict is not what most people would expect—it is actually a lack of emotional safety. So many people don’t even know what emotional safety is. If we never experienced it growing up, how would we? We just know things aren’t working – we find ourselves feeling defensive, anxious, lonely, or completely disconnected, without understanding why. This 3-part course breaks down what emotional safety actually looks like, how it feels, functions, and how to recognize its absence in your life. In this course, you will examine: • The Root Cause of Conflict: Understand how lack of emotional safety triggers automatic defensive habits, shutting down, and recurring friction. • What Safety Looks & Feels Like: Gain a clear framework for how true safety functions in daily interactions and hard conversations. • The Reality of Relational Safety: Recognize that emotional safety cannot be built by one person alone—it requires two willing participants. A Note on Expectations: This course provides deep self-awareness, clarity, and guided reflections to help you try to create safety in your dynamic. Your partner may also be unaware but willing to learn. However, you cannot create this dynamic by yourself. If your partner is unwilling to engage or work on the dynamic with you—it's better to know that. You will leave this course with the insight needed to assess your relationship with total clarity—whether that means working toward mutual peace or recognizing when it is time to let go. At the end of this course, or at any time, please listen to this track: "Conscious Love | Release Patterns & Toxicity: Beta & 528Hz" It will help you with self-love and de-stressing so you can let go of patterns.

Meet your Teacher

Sue knows firsthand what it takes to turn relationship pain into true connection. Growing up in a volatile environment where walking on eggshells was the daily norm, she didn’t just miss out on emotional safety—she didn’t even know such a thing existed. When living without it is all you have ever known, its absence feels completely normal. That familiar blind spot followed her into adulthood, eventually leading to an unsafe dynamic that required a restraining order. But rather than staying stuck in those inherited cycles, Sue did the deep work to rebuild her life and now enjoys a thriving, conscious relationship. Combined with decades of experience as a psychic counselor helping others through their hardest relationship moments, Sue brings warm, down-to-earth wisdom. If there is one thing you should know about Sue, it is that she likes to get to the actual issue, not just treat the symptom. She helps listeners discover what emotional safety actually feels like, break reactive patterns, and build real peace in their own lives.
