In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn the importance of: consciously bypassing the “sameness mode” of your brain; investing your attention in subtle thoughts and feelings until they grow and take on their own momentum; sacrifice and taking deliberate action in manifesting; engaging joyfully with the process and being delighted when something appears to be magical and approaching synchronicities as a dialogue between you and the universe.
Part 2: The Role of Community and Journaling in Manifesting
In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn the utility of: feeding your learning forward (using your newly gained wisdom and experiences to help nurture others who may be following in your footsteps); journaling your manifesting development and being active in the course classroom.

Be Mindful About What You Wish For
The question is not so much “what do you want to manifest?”, but “what do you want to manifest for?”
In this “eyes open” lesson you will discover: how we are already manifesting and that it may not necessarily be in the way you would choose; how, while your manifestation can unlock so much, it is not the only force in play in your life; the importance of reflecting on what it is that you want to accomplish through manifesting; how true fulfillment is an inside job, before it is an outside job; the importance of healthy core states of being as a foundation for truly fulfilling manifesting.

Primed For Relaxation - Why Relaxation Is Important For Manifesting And How To Relax By Association
In this lesson you will: learn how being relaxed underpins powerful and effective manifesting; learn to use your relaxing memories as resources, helping you to relax in the present; understand how your body remembers deep relaxation, so that you can relax deeply when you really need to.

Primed For Relaxation: Progressive Relaxation
This meditation: guides you through a process of deeply relaxing your body and mind; helps you to connect with your conscious self as preparation for manifesting; helps you to apply a foundation of calmness and relaxation to multiple areas of your life.

Affirmation And Foresense Creation: Crafting Your Affirmation
In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn to: create affirmations according to what would really bring you fulfilment; design them to help you feel something you want to feel ("acceptance", "fulfilment", "gratitude", "love", for example); design them so that they spark your emotion and imagination to see, hear and feel yourself having accomplished them; design them so that what you affirm can be seen as true every day that you affirm it, as well as the day that you have accomplished it; structure affirmations in the present tense (“you accept”, rather than “you will accept”, for example); refer to yourself in the second person, as “you”, not “I”; keep it simple, aiming for somewhere between 1 and 25 words; that imperfect affirmations are perfect.
Following this lesson you will have an opportunity to craft an affirmation for something you want to manifest in your journal, that you can then use to help develop your foresense and bring into the subsequent meditation.

Affirmation And Foresense Creation: Developing, Amplifying And Applying Foresense
In this “eyes open” lesson you will: learn how powerful foresense, especially coupled with affirmations, can be; learn how it works on multiple levels; learn to embrace the joy of exploring the astounding possibilities that a quantum universe can imply, while keeping your feet rooted in a more commonly shared Newtonian view of the universe; learn a useful question to prompt the generation of your foresense; learn how to amplify the intensity of your foresense and bring it back to the present moment.
Following this lesson you will have an opportunity to craft your foresense for something you want to manifest in your journal, that you can bring into the forthcoming meditation.

Affirmation And Foresense Creation: Embedding Affirmations And Foresense
This meditation: amplifies the quality and richness of your affirmation and foresense; uses metaphor to embed your affirmation and foresense as a resource and anchors your affirmation and foresense in the present moment.

Primed For Deliberate Action
This meditation begins with an “eyes open” introduction that helps you to create your own action steps, with the following question: “what is a step, that you know you will follow through on, that paves the way between where you are now and your desired outcome?”. It then transitions into a meditation that helps you to develop your action steps, applying your affirmations and foresense. It continues to help you explore the context and gains of having taken such a step for you and others and embedding your deliberate action as new habits.

Primed For Synchronicities: The Importance Of Synchronicities
In this “eyes open” lesson you will: learn what is meant by the term “synchronicity”; discover why they are powerful, whatever you believe them to be; learn that synchronicities are enchanting indications of your manifestation success; discover why synchronicities are great when they occur, but are not a necessity for manifestation to work; become equipped to bring any synchronicities to the course classroom and keep track of them in your journal.

Primed For Synchronicities: Embedding Synchronicities
This meditation: elicits a sense of the joy and magic in identifying synchronicities; uses affirmations to prime your curiosity for identifying synchronicities and encourages you to make use of your journal and the course classroom.

Primed For Reviewing
This meditation: helps you to notice and feel pride in your accomplishments and to be energised in identifying what you would choose to do differently tomorrow and strikes a distinction between the consistently safe and acceptable “you”, perfect as you are and the things you “do”, as part of a game, where you can set the boundaries to play in the way you would choose.

Morning Manifesting Input
This simple meditation: consolidates what you have learned throughout the preceding lessons and meditations; helps you to integrate the learnings and accomplishments from the previous day’s review into your manifesting for the day ahead; helps you to choose and generate how to feel; helps you to use and amplify your affirmations and foresense to project your manifestation into the day; helps you to set action steps and tune into synchronicities and sets you up to make the most of your day.

Evening Manifesting Review
This meditation: consolidates what you have learned throughout the “Primed for Reviewing” meditation; helps you to re-establish that baseline of security and contentment in who you are; helps you to reflect on the day’s events and emotions, releasing what is no longer needed and embedding and digesting what is helpful and sets the scene for a peaceful and relaxing sleep.
