What is here now?
What do you believe about yourself?
And what the day ahead is for?
Let go of expectations and be here now with what is as it is.
Your true self-awareness is equanimous with things as they are.
Aim to maintain this equanimity throughout your day.
Be aware of the patterns of the mind,
To attach,
To create theories,
Structures,
Plans,
And also of the pattern of life,
To dissolve what you are holding on to,
To lead you back to acceptance and to presence.
Remember that only awareness is constant.
All other structures,
Beliefs,
Feelings,
People,
Situations,
Circumstances are temporary and therefore unstable.
As such,
Aim to not be elated by the pleasant situations,
Thoughts,
Or sensations,
And to not get depleted or depressed by the unpleasant ones.
Have no expectation,
And if you have an intention,
Let it be to remain present,
To remain equanimous.
Of course,
If it so happens that you become attached to something in one way or another,
Or want to escape a particular experience,
Then that's okay,
Let it happen,
We are all here to learn.
Remember also that the body is always guiding you,
It is always present.
But sometimes,
Often,
The mind imposes its habits,
Its structures onto it and onto the moment.
But presence and planning in this way are contradictory.
So be in the body,
See what each moment requires.
Maybe you want a smaller or different breakfast.
Maybe you want to keep your tea bag in your cup a little longer.
Maybe you want to take some time and sit on the grass as you're going on your habitual walk.
Maybe you want to greet people or be with people in a slightly different way today.
Let the present moment and the present experience guide the way you are and what you do.
To come back to presence,
Ask yourself frequently,
What is here now?
Be free,
Be authentic,
Be fully you,
Today and every day.
