Hi everybody and welcome to this Insight Timer live event on allowing the body to heal itself.
Whenever you're ready,
Let's just breathe in and close our eyes.
And simply allow your experience to be exactly as it is.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to change.
Just being here.
Arriving in this moment or remembering that we already are here.
Notice your breathing,
Your thoughts,
Your feelings.
But also the space of being in which they appear.
This space of presence always is.
It's changeless,
Independent of what's going on through your mind and through your body.
It is always happening within this presence of being.
It is through this here and now that all things come and go.
And the here and now effortlessly allows for all things to appear and to dissolve exactly as they do.
The body and the mind are allowed to be exactly as they are.
And it is their natural tendency to go towards wholeness and health.
And by sometimes trying to fix them or change them,
We stop this process,
This natural process of them healing effortlessly just by remaining present with all of our experience.
The breath can also serve as a tool of bringing further awareness into the body.
By breathing more deeply we can notice areas of tension that we didn't see before and we can also let go of this tension with every exhale.
A deeper breathing also allows a deeper relaxation of the body and a deeper allowing of things to move more freely through it.
And it's also important to say that breathing more deeply is not something that you do.
It's something that happens naturally when you simply rest and allow things to be as they are.
It is part of this allowing process.
And it's also important to say that breathing more deeply is not something that you do.
And you can continue sitting in this way for as long as you want.
Continue to breathe in more deeply and allow your experience ever more fully to simply unfold.
For those that want to end it here,
You can take just a couple more deeper breaths.
And then whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Enjoy the rest of your meditation and your day and see you soon.
Bye bye.
