Box breathing is an effective technique to regulate the nervous system and ease the feelings of anxiety & stress. It's very simple, one simply inhales, holds, exhales, and holds for the same amount of time. It works really well but...it's kind of boring. So, we made a unique & cool box breath track to bring something new to our practice and yours. Enjoy!
