Find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take few deep long breaths and relax your whole body.

New day,

New beginning,

New life.

Send your loving thoughts towards yourself.

May I be well,

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful.

Practicing loving kindness is foundation for your spiritual journey.

Without this foundation,

You cannot build your home,

Your spiritual home.

Even it is taking time to understand this self-love,

Self-caring,

This practice.

Slowly and mindfully keep doing.

Put your time to practice it.

When you practice loving kindness,

It is beyond the time,

Timeless.

When you put into time,

You become stressed out.

May I be well,

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful.

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful.

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful.

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful.

Having loving motivation towards yourself,

Now slowly turn your attention to the subtle sensation of the breath.

Every breath you take in,

You take out,

Is taken mindfully.

Focus on your natural,

You are still,

When you are still,

How you feel,

What do you see,

What is happening.

How you experience only connection,

Only friend you have in your life every day is your breath.

When you are still,

You see it,

When you are not still,

You don't see your best friend in life.

Finding the stillness is difficult because we are not used to it.

That means we are so distracted,

We think those distractions are our real life,

Which is not,

Those are mind-made.

Remember,

Your true nature is stillness.

This practice helps for you to be there again,

Understand your true nature,

Which is stillness.

Now bring your palms together close to your heart.

Set an intention for the day,

For yourself.

Today I am going to live my life peacefully,

With less distractions.

I am accepting all good,

All bad,

Learn how to live with them.

I am sending all my loving thoughts to my loved ones,

My family,

My children,

Grandchildren,

Who will need blessings.

In this moment I am thinking about them.

May peace be with you.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you be peaceful.

Thank you very much.

Please open your eyes.
