Grief Meditation can be of assistance to you if they, the listener, allow themselves to open up to their current emotional state and release the emotions with the cooperation of the Grief Meditation. Grief Meditation is also a peace-attracting and effective tool to be used at any time you're not feeling right, Notice what has been falling away, lost some friends, lost a pet, lost a loved one, and more. There are multiple practices that you can utilize during the grief meditation such as: Listening to a sound, focusing on the breath, chanting a mantra, or visualizing all the words you need to say to your lost beloved, family, acquaintance, or pet.
