It's Nola Bloom here,

And this is a short coffee meditation,

A gentle pause at the beginning of your day.

So go ahead and take your cup into your hands,

Coffee,

Tea,

Or whatever your favorite warm morning drink may be.

Let your palms naturally wrap around the cup.

Feel the warmth of the cup in your hands.

Let your shoulders relax.

Let your body arrive.

Take a moment to simply look at it,

The surface,

The steam,

The quiet movement within.

Take a big breath in.

As you exhale,

Allow the eyes to soften or close.

Lift your cup a little closer to your face,

And notice the aroma as it meets you.

Just let the senses gently awaken.

When you're ready,

Take your first sip.

Notice the temperature,

The taste,

The simple comfort of this moment.

There's nothing else you need to do right now,

Nothing to rush into.

Just enjoy this quiet morning presence,

And carry this warmth with you as you move throughout your day.
