Let's begin.
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards.
Begin to breathe slower and deeper.
Don't force it,
Breathe in a way that feels comfortable and relaxed.
Let's take a few breaths together,
Breathing in gently two,
Three,
Four and exhaling gently two,
Three,
Four and again through the nose if possible.
Inhale two,
Three,
Four and exhale two,
Three,
Four.
Place your hands on your tummy and begin to send the breath down so your hands expand as you breathe in two,
Three,
Four and exhale two,
Three,
Four.
You're doing so well keep focusing on your breath.
With every inhale imagining breathing in a beautiful,
Cooling,
Calming blue energy.
And with every exhale imagine breathing out a heavy,
Sticky,
Grey energy.
Let's breathe together,
Breathing in a cooling,
Calming blue energy and breathing out a heavy,
Sticky,
Grey energy.
Repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind to feel completely calm and grounded.
I let go of doubt and worry.
I let my feelings pass with love.
I invite peace into every single cell of my body.
I know this is temporary and it will pass.
I release any heaviness or tension.
I deserve to take care of myself.
I release the need for control.
I know I can get through this.
I inhale peace and exhale tension.
It is safe for me to relax.
I am kind to myself in difficult times.
I invite harmony into my mind and body.
I give myself permission to let go.
I am free of stress.
I am grounded.
I am relaxed.
I am safe.
I am calm.
Take a deep breath in and really feel a calming energy soak into every single cell of your body and exhale any remaining tension.
You are grounded.
You are calm.
You are safe.
