Hey,
This is Ish and today I want to talk to you about addressing chakra blockages.
So think of chakras as energy centers in your body and they're associated with certain emotions,
Functions,
And motivations.
So if you're currently facing a reoccurring problem in your life,
It may be helpful to use the chakra system to address a problem and fix that as well.
So it's usually not just one chakra that's blocked and it's a combination of different chakras.
But what's important is that you focus first on the lower chakras before you address the higher ones.
A great way to release blockages in the chakras is first to sit and allow the emotions and feelings to pass through your body,
So through non-resistance.
And then after that,
Once the emotion is released,
You may need to take action and that could be helpful in addition to just sitting.
So when you're looking at the first chakra,
The root chakra,
This is related to survival and one of the common chakra things that block this chakra is fear.
So you'll find that people that are typically blocking this chakra are very fearful of different things.
They don't have the courage to overcome that.
So courage is actually a great antidote to fear.
So courage is basically acting in spite of fear and what you would do is,
Like I mentioned,
If you're fearful about something,
You would sit and let the emotions of fear pass through your body and then take action.
And you'll find that once you've actually taken the action and used your courage to face your fears head-on,
Then that emotion of fear kind of releases and you feel a lot of fear and you also realize that the fear that you had actually wasn't that deadly or serious.
Now the second chakra is the sacral chakra and this is related to creativity and also sexual energy as well.
And things that block the chakra are feeling a lot of guilt and this chakra is also associated with neediness.
So if you have a lot of cravings and desires,
This is actually coming from the second chakra.
And some things to work on this chakra would be to practice releasing guilt and then also to work on your third chakra,
Which is the chakra of personal power.
So once you've actually started to impose your will and start creating things as opposed to consuming because consuming is a very second chakra behavior,
But creating is a higher energy and if you spend more time creating things,
You'll find that you kind of lose the neediness and grasp of different things and focus on being fulfilled within.
The third chakra is the Manipura chakra,
Solar plexus chakra related to willpower and personal power.
And blockages to this chakra is her shame.
So if you feel shameful for a lot of different things,
Maybe helpful to first sit and let that feeling go.
And also practicing forgiveness and kindness can help release the emotions,
The stuck energy of shame as well.
So because you're practicing kindness towards yourself,
That emotion of shame typically disappears.
The next chakra is the Har chakra,
The fourth chakra.
This is related to love and communication with others and kindness.
And grief is the main emotion that blocks this chakra.
And you'll typically find that people who are blocked in this chakra are either unable to express themselves or if they have too much of this energy,
Then they are over emotional.
So what can be helpful is to,
In addition to meditation,
Would be to set proper boundaries and also extending love out to yourself.
Because typically people who are over abundant in this energy tend to give love out for themselves and they seek love from other sources as opposed to giving it to themselves.
So practicing loving kindness to yourself is a great way to work on the blockages in this chakra.
The next chakra is the Thiro chakra,
The Vishuddha chakra related to clear communication and expression.
And typically what blocks this chakra is just telling lies.
Also realize that society kind of tells you different things and you want to express your own clear voice.
So it's kind of,
You might need to take some time to be a little bit introspective and first find out what you value and what are things that you properly believe in as opposed to just going along with other people's opinions.
So this can cause you to take a journey of self-explanatory and discovery just to find out what you really value.
Next chakra is the sixth chakra,
The Ajna chakra,
Or the third eye chakra related to intuition and also insight.
And with this chakra is blocked by illusions.
So your intuition typically tells you the right thing for you or your soul's purpose.
And it gets clouded again by other people's opinions or different illusions that you might be telling yourself.
And what you want to do is to listen to your intuition and your intuition will give you one word or couple word answers.
So it doesn't give you explanations but just tells you to do this or to do that or to avoid that.
So what you want to do is to listen to your intuition and follow that.
Then lastly our seventh chakra is the crown chakra related to oneness and unity.
And it gets blocked by attachment.
So you know attachment is blocked by the you know attachment has been talked about for for ages even since the Buddha's time.
And one way to release attachment is through meditation to contemplation realizing that you are not separate from other things.
So certain meditations can help such as loving kindness meditation or inquiry meditation where you kind of deconstruct your ego identity and kind of figure out who am I really.
And this practice can help deconstruct all these kind of illusions that you have that separate you from other things.
So I hope this talk helps and if you have any other questions related to chakras feel free to leave me a message.
Thank you.
