This chakra meditation helps to balance your entire chakra system. We will bring our awareness to each of the 7 main chakras, visualize the colors, and send the intention to balance each one. After we sit in our silent meditation, we will bring the universal wisdom we found in our meditation back down through the chakras. An example of the intention station can be: My first chakra is balance. My second chakra is balanced. And so on. Each chakra goes by many different names, so please use the one that feels most accessible and comfortable for you. Happy Balancing!

Come to find a comfortable posture for this meditation.

It's gonna be done seated or lying down.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

So noticing your breath as it is in this moment.

Begin to notice the quality of the breath,

The length of the inhale versus the exhale.

Maybe you notice in your body where you feel your breath.

Maybe noticing any subtle rise and fall of the abdomen or the chest.

Allow your awareness to focus on any quality of the breath that feels accessible to you in this moment.

We're going to move into our chakra meditation.

Bring your awareness to the root chakra.

This rests at the base of the spine,

At the center of the pelvic floor.

And here,

Imagine a red light or a red mist or a red gemstone.

Visualize the color red in a way that feels accessible for you.

And as you hold your awareness here,

Visualizing red in whatever way it's manifesting,

Setting the intention of this visualization to help balance the root chakra.

Move your awareness up to the sacral chakra.

It rests between the root chakra and the navel chakra,

Just behind the crease line of the lower abdomen.

And here,

Visualize an orange light or an orange mist or gemstone.

Allow whatever manifests in the color orange to be your visualization here.

Not judging it,

Not changing it,

Just allowing it to be.

And as you rest your awareness at the sacral chakra,

Connecting to its color orange,

Set the intention to allow this to help promote balance in the sacral chakra.

Move your awareness now to the navel or solar plexus chakra.

It rests just behind the navel and its color is yellow.

So come to visualize yellow at the solar plexus or navel chakra.

And as you focus your awareness here,

Set the intention to allow this to promote a sense of balance in this chakra.

Bring your awareness now to your heart center,

Center of the chest.

Begin to visualize green at the heart center.

With your awareness at the heart center,

Visualizing the color green,

Set the intention to allow this to promote a sense of balance within the heart chakra.

Bring your awareness now to your throat.

Visualize the color of the throat chakra,

Which is blue.

However that manifests for you,

See the color blue at your throat chakra.

With your awareness here,

Set the intention to allow this to promote a sense of balance in your throat chakra.

Move your awareness now to your third eye,

The midbrain.

Visualize the color purple,

Yet a shade from indigo to violet.

However it's manifesting for you,

Visualize the color purple,

The midbrain.

And with your awareness there,

Set the intention to allow this to help balance and open your sixth chakra.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Visualize the color white,

The crown of your head.

However that manifests for you,

A gemstone,

A circle,

A mist,

A cloud.

Allow it to manifest in whatever way it's manifesting for you in this moment.

With the color white,

And with your awareness here,

Set the intention to allow this to help balance and open your crown chakra.

Going to rest here for a silent meditation,

And then we'll bring our energy back down through the chakras.

You can allow your awareness to rest at the third eye.

If you've been feeling ungrounded or anxious at all,

Rest your awareness at the heart center.

I'll be quiet now,

And I'll return to help bring the energy back down through the chakras.

Stay in your meditation as we now bring the energy back down through our chakras.

So once again,

Visualize that color white,

The crown of the head.

It might be an orb of white light,

A cloud,

A mist,

But see the white light,

The crown of your head.

And from this white light,

See a purple light descend from the top of your head to the midbrain,

Illuminating your sixth chakra with the color purple.

From the midbrain,

See a blue light move down from the sixth chakra into the throat chakra.

Visualize this blue at your throat chakra.

From the throat chakra,

See a green light begin to move from the throat down to the heart chakra,

Seeing the heart chakra filled with this green light.

From the heart chakra,

See a yellow light begin to move from the heart down to the navel,

Illuminating the solar plexus or navel chakra with a yellow light.

From this chakra,

See an orange light begin to move down towards the sacrum.

Resting there at the sacral chakra,

See your sacral chakra illuminated with orange.

From the sacral chakra,

See a red light begin to move from the sacrum down to the root chakra,

The base of the spine,

Center of the pelvic floor.

See your root chakra illuminated in the color red.

Slowly let the visualization fade away and bring your awareness back to your breath and just watching your breath as it is in this moment,

Noticing if there's any difference or similarities to your breath from when you started the practice.

Not judging it,

Not looking for a right answer,

Just noticing,

Cultivating awareness and then slowly begin to deepen your breath.

And as your breath gets deeper and deeper,

Allow every breath to reground you back into your body and the space in which you're in.

And then gently bring your hands together in the center of your chest.

Bring your chin in towards your chest to bring your mind's eye towards your heart center.

And then saying out loud or mentally three times,

My chakras are balanced.

Whenever you finish in your own time,

Allow the hands to fall into the lap or by your side,

Keeping the chin in towards the chest very softly if the eyes are closed,

Begin to flutter them open.

As you begin to integrate your inner and your outer worlds as one.

And take as much time as you need to reground yourself back into your body and the space.

And I thank you so much for practicing with me today.

Namaste.
