This is a basic gratitude practice, one of the last in a series that I offered through my Active Peace Yoga teaching practice, as part of a gratitude sadhana. Through deep breath and focused attention we fortify gratitude in the heart space and fortify gratitude in the mind - essentially upgrading our operating system through willful attention and focus.
