You have arrived.

You are here now.

Take a moment to settle in your space.

Gently rolling your shoulders down and back.

Lifting your chest up toward the sky.

Finding a position in your body that feels comfortable and signifies presence.

You can close your eyes or if you prefer you can lower your gaze.

Coming into your body.

Finding your breath.

Taking a wholesome breath in.

Feeling your chest rise.

And a nourishing breath out,

Letting your chest fall.

As you breathe in,

Welcoming this moment that you are in now.

As you breathe out,

Letting whatever came before this moment to release with your exhale.

You are deserving of this moment.

To surrender and trust that you can be here now.

Feeling tension in your jaw.

Letting your fingers and toes uncurl.

Letting your shoulders drop away from your ears.

Allowing your breath to guide you.

As we connect with our breath,

We invite ourselves into the now.

Like an ocean with continuous waves that roll in and out,

We become fluid.

Removing ourselves from ruminations of the past.

And letting go of worries or fears of the future.

There is nowhere you need to be right now.

There is nothing you need to be doing.

What is real and true in this moment?

Playing with the sounds that surround you.

Becoming in touch with the sensations of your body.

Experiencing the smells that may fill the room.

When your mind takes you on a journey of thoughts,

Gently guiding yourself back to the magic that surrounds you.

Noticing any resistance to entering the now.

The temptation to preoccupy our minds with matters of the past or future.

Can you return back to your breath?

Breathing in.

Taking the time to allow the fullness of this moment to fill your body.

Warming yourself back to the now.

You you You can start to come out of your meditation finding aliveness in your body wiggling your fingers and toes and slowly and intentionally fluttering your eyes open to embrace the remainder of your day
