Air - For moments when you need to feel energised and inspired. For when you need to remember that nothing is fixed, that there are infinite possibilities. That movement is the nature of the universe of which you are part. The Embody The Elements series is comprised of short poetic meditation journeys to remind you that you are part of nature. These meditations are for times when you need to draw something of the elements into your life. Perhaps for times when you feel you don’t have enough.
