One Choice

Welcome to a Hit of Hope. A friend of mine recently told me about a Latin phrase that I’m about to butcher: “Agere contra.” It’s an Ignatian principle that means “Act against.” It doesn’t take long for the mind to imagine all the ways we as humans do that to one another—act against another, so it seems counterintuitive for Ignatius to urge us to do this.

So true. I tell people, just change one thing and that paves the way to change something else. It is so hard to just change one thing though 😀 Rewards await though if you can do it.

This one was a bit deep, lots to think about (in a good way). I love the way you put it, "it's not who you are, but how you are".
