What if I told you that all is well?

Would your mind be off and running,

Listing all of the ways that isn't true?

Inhale.

What if I told you that all is well?

You are here.

You are breathing into your wise and steady center.

Inhale.

Exhale.

What if I told you there is nothing you need to do?

Would you pull out your list and prove to me that I am wrong?

What if I told you there is nothing you need to do right now?

Just breathe.

Be.

Trust.

Release.

Relax.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Allow yourself this chance to slow down.

Allow yourself this chance to enter this moment.

Let it be enough.

Let this now be all you need.

Follow the gentle rhythm of your breath as it comes in,

As it goes out.

Feel the softening of your heart space.

Take off your muscular armor,

Your emotional armor.

Soften.

Breathe.

Open.

All is well.

There is nothing you need to do.

Dwell in your being.

Dwell in your strength,

Your grace,

Your wisdom.

Dwell in your deliciously messy humanity.

Revel in it.

You are human.

Be human.

Be loved.

Be loved first of all by yourself.

Please do not argue.

Be loved first and foremost by yourself.

All is well.

There is nothing you need to do.

You do not have to change who you are.

Be you.

Be loved.

Be still.

Betsy, This may well be the very best grounding, in-the-moment guided meditation on the 'net. I've listened 4 or 5 times now, and every time it, YOU, serve to anchor me and return me to the now, to that quiet, unflinching center of myself. I've been following for some time now, and countless times your meditations have hit precisely when and where I needed them to. Once more, I thank you. I suspect I'll be returning to this one rather often.
