Beth is a certified meditation teacher and member of the Meditation Association of Australia. She shares gentle mindfulness and self-compassion practices with a loving, modern, thought and emotion friendly flavour; supporting you in feeling more at home in yourself and in your life. Beth runs in-person and online programs through Geelong Meditation Centre and offers 1:1 coaching. She is mother of two young children, a lover of music, sunsets and good conversation.

She took me back to the beaches of northwest Oregon, where as a kid, we visited at least twice a year, Seaside and Newport. High five, great meditation!
