Throat Chakra Meditation

The throat chakra is associated with speaking our truth, manifesting through sound vibration (voice) and all forms of communication. The “word”, “logos” or “naam” is the sacred sound current that is said to have created the cosmos. We, as creator beings in a human body, have the same power to create through our voice and throat chakra. Every word we speak is a blessing or a curse. That is our power and essence as creator beings in a human body.
