Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation

The solar plexus chakra, is where our personal power resides and radiates out from, like a sun. When this center is balanced, we have the will of a spiritual warrior and nothing can hold us back. We have healthy self-confidence, are disciplined and patient. It is the seat of fear, fearlessness, ego, and ambition.

This meditation is for the solar plexus chakra for the third chakra. Sit in a comfortable position and lengthen your spine. Feel the shoulders stacked on top of the hips and gently roll the eyes in and up at the brow point. Take a deep breath in and exhale, Relax the shoulders, Relax the jaw. Inhale again deeply and exhale. Relax the hands and the knees and imagine two roots that grow down from the sitz bones, Deep deep deep into the very heart of the earth. And now see and imagine a beautiful sun above you, A big massive beautiful ball of light and fire. And connect with the heart of the sun and imagine inhaling that light and life force and source energy down through the top of the head and just let it fill your body. Feel your skull and your mind and your thoughts and your chest and your shoulders, Down the arms, Into the heart and the back of the heart, Down the spine, Into the belly, Through the organs, Through the pelvis, Through the joints, Down the legs. Imagine it going to the tips of your hair, To the fingernails, Toenails, Everywhere in your body. Pull on the source energy and light. Feel like you are an open channel and then let this light flow down from the sitz bones, Down those roots all the way to the core of the earth. And then see in the heart of the earth the same source energy with a mama feel and you just going to inhale and pull up that energy now up into your body up through those roots, Through the legs, Through the joints, Through the pelvis, Into the belly, Up the spine. And of course all through the body, Through the mind and the skull and the thoughts. Good. And now take a deep breath in and imagine pulling in that light, That source energy from above and below. Bringing it right into the area below the sternum, Above the belly button, The solar plexus chakra. And imagine in this space a beautiful ball of yellow light, All the spectrums of yellow. You can see this as a fiery sun. And bring the source energy from above and below into the chakra. Feel the source energy is feeding this chakra and causing it to grow stronger and truer and brighter and expand. Bring in even more light from above and below meeting here. The third chakra is your personal power center. It is the seat of your willpower, Of your discipline, Of your patience, Of your self-confidence. See this area growing brighter and stronger and truer. See the fire energy, The fire of transformation filling your body, Filling the space around your body. Affirm I claim my power. My will and divine will are one. I lovingly connect to the abundant flow of the universe and easily manifest my dreams. I claim my power. My will and divine will are one.
