Third Eye Chakra Meditation

The third eye chakra is associated with knowing the Truth. When the third eye chakra is open and balanced we are completely connecting with our inner truth and our intuition. Our intuition is truly our sixth sense and from here we can see the unseen and know the unknown. Our intuitive mind is our complete mind and from it we see outside the limited reality of our five senses. When the third eye chakra is open we live closer to our magnificent potential as human beings.
