Please take a deep breath in and exhale and take this moment as a sacred moment for you really to inquire on the nature of yourself and the different opportunities,
Pleasant or unpleasant that are being presented by you and for you to go within take a deep breath and nothing else in this moment take another deep breath and exhale as you consciously land in your body and as you consciously open a little smile that represents your friendliness towards you and towards you sincere inquire just stay still for a moment as we open the space to inquire about the origin of anxiety enter the class innocently as your mind perhaps gives you different options why you are anxious just be open minded to explore perhaps other avenues that you may have not considered your anxiety may have different sources or may have one source one possibility is just exclusively at this balance in your body if you are aware that you are made of five elements the water,
The air,
The fire,
The ether and the earth and that those elements interact within you constantly to give you balance or this balance and that perhaps your style of life increase one of these elements and that cause certain sensations accelerations within your body for example the excess of air in the body which usually are in the intestines can cause great pressure towards the heart creating palpitations and having the sensation of anxiety you must contemplate in your physical body if your anxiety is physical then the medicine must be physical a change of lifestyle perhaps a more knowledge and inquiry about the nature of your constitution and lifestyle may be just the solution the power of the physical body must be in consideration the other aspect that it may be the cause of your anxiety is the management of your environment the divorce from nature and the communion with it the distance create certain uneasiness since we lose contact with our own ground with our own nature the overuse of technology the dwellings in the city with certain materials the noise and the inability to process all this information coming from the environment cause a certain call to go within and desire to resolve it desire to rest it,
Desire to be still so contemplate in this moment about your environment how you manage it how you balance it please don't put any solutions at this point or a list to do just receive the information innocently we are just assessing your source of anxiety the third cause of anxiety is the fragmented mind one part of the mind is in the future creating expectations about you your life,
Your performance how you should be you are immediately putting yourself out of time the mind travels on time and you get deeply restless since your body is still remaining in the present moment in the same way the fragmented mind can make you stuck in the past and in there is only regrets it's a dark place where you cannot move again the future becomes an impossibility your mind may be travelling from expectations to regrets and you squeeze in the middle with the great doubt that you cannot handle your life that is squeezing between the present and the past brings anxiety,
Restlessness,
Pain and that squeezing of the mind engage emotions if you think in expectations,
How I am going to do it,
How I am going to handle myself,
How I should be,
How I should respond the emotions get engaged you may feel happy,
Oh yes,
I am going to engage in this way you give yourself suggestions or you may doubt,
Oh my god,
How I am going to deal with this so you create fear and in fear is the absence of love you are not embracing you,
You are not accepting you,
You are just trapped in the dynamic of the mind contemplate now is this my source of anxiety?
Contemplate now and how authentic are you responding to the request of life if you are under a situation where you are obeying what is not real,
What is not what you know you should be doing where you are oppressing yourself because of the opinion of others or because you feel obliged you are oppressing your authentic expression of yourself the real self don't like that and it creates certain restlessness,
Certain anxiety,
Certain rebellion within you it takes you away from your destiny,
From your own authentic expression from the moment that you simply need to respond so innocently and so simply to each moment and that moment builds the next moment and builds slowly your own destiny,
Your own expression but if you are under the oppression of your own expectations socially or in a relationship you are not giving room to you,
To what is real contemplate on that in any of these opportunities or possibilities of the source of anxiety you must see that there is a great opportunity for you to go within just in this moment as you are listening to me you have the opportunity to start enquiry to start contemplating and to make a pause that is your first step towards going in I am not asking you to face or modify anything I am not asking you to make any effort in changing anything since that will be another aggressivity,
Another request,
Another expectation it is the power of contemplation what we are opening here and this is the more important part of the lesson your capability of listening to knowledge without immediately reacting into a solution otherwise you will continue with shopping,
Searching outside of what can be done to alleviate your anxiety and here is just an invitation to pause,
To reflect,
To assess and to remain still to sincerely stay with you 100% as you enquire,
As you contemplate,
As you do nothing take a breath in and still with eyes closed remain friendly and remain present and this lesson is all about that it doesn't matter where the origin of your anxiety is it is an invitation for you to go within to stop aggressivity to apply solutions it is just to be still remain still it is nothing to do it is nothing to do allow any thoughts and remain still in this moment you don't want to modify anything you just want to be with you in comfort or discomfort allow the moment to transform you to adjust you keep your breath if you need to stay now take a deep breath in exhale and relax now take a deep breath in exhale take a deep breath in,
Fill up your lungs,
Hold the breath a little bit exhale,
Retain the breath out inhale again,
Retain exhale,
Retain inhale exhale and relax completely slowly,
Gradually open your eyes and come back your homework as you wish is to listen again to the class and perhaps make a deeper assessment or a second assessment on the origin of your anxiety be sincere,
You may want to take notes again don't put any agenda of oh I need to do this next and this class is just an assessment second class we go deeper but for today learn to assess with our reaction may you use the portal of your pain to find peace,
To find the glory of who you are to embody the divine and to express its infinite values qualities and creativity
