I'd like to begin this meditation by focusing on the breath.
Close your eyes and begin to feel the breath flow into your nose and out of your mouth.
Begin to feel there's no need to hurry this breath.
Enjoy the breath.
And as you focus,
You may begin to feel more relaxed.
The breath is very important.
It keeps the energy inside of us alive.
And as you focus on your breath and appreciate your breath,
You may feel a warm and tingling sensation in your chest.
You may even visualize that warmth as orange or white light.
And every breath you take,
You can feel that loving,
Warm energy grow.
And you may begin to feel that warm energy spread to other parts of your body.
You may feel your stomach and your abdomen and the rest of your lower body feel warm,
Relaxed,
And filled with love.
You may feel your upper legs being filled with love,
Feeling warm and relaxed.
You may feel your lower legs.
You may feel the energy in your body,
The love energy in your body expanding into your lower legs and even into your feet and the tips of your toes.
You can feel that energy.
Feel relaxed in your shoulders.
Feel the warm,
Loving light in your arms and in your hands.
You can feel your chest being filled up.
You can feel your neck,
Your body may even be tingling in some parts.
You may feel a tingling sensation in your forehead.
You may even be able to visualize light shining into your forehead.
Open your whole body up with light energy.
And with every breath,
You can feel it more and more.
You can feel that loving light energy.
That energy is already there.
You're just choosing now to activate its power.
You have so much loving light energy inside of you.
And if you so choose to,
You can expand your awareness even outside of your body.
Realize all the light energy inside of the room.
Feel how strong the loving light energy is within this room.
Feel the light energy inside of your body.
And you can expand your awareness out even further.
You can feel all the loving light energy in the entire planet.
Because we are all connected.
You may even feel a vibration and pulsing.
You may feel the energy pulsing through you and tingling through you.
You may feel the warmth and the love seeping through your body and expanding out of your body,
Connected to everything.
Just imagine the earth in this room as light energy.
And when you do that,
You realize you're at one with everything.
And when you're at one with everything,
You realize you're at one with everything.
You may choose to keep your awareness at that one with everything.
Or you may choose to expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
And you can expand your awareness even further.
Now,
In your own time,
Bring your awareness back to this reality and give yourself a stretch.
