This is a guided meditation that will start by relaxing your body and feeling your energy. Eventually you will feel energy outside of yourself. After that, you will meet a spirit who will share something with you. This meditation is intended to make you feel good and experience something new.

In this guided meditation,

I would like to take you and your mind on a journey to meet the spirit.

Where we will meet the spirit is in the astral plane.

And it's alright if you don't understand what that is.

Because you will soon be there and experience it for yourself.

But in order to go on this journey,

We must detach from our physical bodies.

In order to do that,

We must relax our physical bodies so that the detachment is easier.

And so,

A good way to start is to start by focusing on our breath.

Every breath in.

Breathe through the nose and let in all the positive,

Pleasureful,

Great energy.

And when we breathe out,

We let go of any tension and any bad energy.

And as we continue,

We breathe in,

Let in all the good energy.

And breathe out all the bad energy.

And as you continue to do so,

Your body and your mind may feel lighter and lighter as you bring in more happiness.

Your body feels as if it's being massaged and feels more pleasureful,

More happy.

Breathe in all the good energy and breathe out any negativity.

And every breath you take,

This feeling of goodness and pleasure and happiness and love begins to grow.

And you can focus on the entire body,

The entire body being filled with love or you can choose to focus on a particular part of your body.

Feel all the love and good energy in that particular part of your body.

You may feel a particular warmth inside of your heart.

Your heart is full of love,

Happiness,

Pleasure,

Joy,

And so much more.

And as you focus on that,

You may feel that grow.

You may visualize this loving light energy in your chest.

And to expand from your chest into your lower abdomen.

You may feel tingly,

Pleasureful,

And good,

But let it grow as your body becomes lighter and you melt away into the moment and forget.

All that exists now is the great sensations in your body and my guidance through this meditation.

That's all you have to focus on is the feeling of this loving energy in your chest growing to your lower abdomen and from your lower abdomen,

You feel the loving light energy swirling through the tops of your legs.

And every breath you take,

The better it feels.

And every breath you take,

The more the energy grows.

You can now feel this loving light energy,

This pleasurable,

Positive,

Happy energy go into the bottoms of your feet,

Through your legs.

Your legs feel so relaxed.

Feel the sensation travel through your toes.

Every single toe,

Your first toe,

Your second toe,

Your third toe,

Your fourth toe,

And your fifth toe.

Your toes feel so good.

You feel this energy grow and you feel it travel through your toes,

Up through your legs,

Back into your chest.

From your chest,

You feel it in your shoulders.

Your shoulders feel as if they're being massaged with this loving light energy,

Melting and soothing and relaxing your shoulders and your arms.

Feel so relaxed and soothed in your lower arms and your fingers.

Your fingers feel as if they've never felt this good.

You may feel your body become lighter and lighter.

You may feel your neck loosen in your throat,

Become tingly and relaxed and feel massaged.

You may feel your chakras opening up and feeling so pleasurable,

So good,

So warm.

You may see this warm light all through your body.

You may see it as white light or red light or orange light or any color.

It doesn't matter the color of the light.

What matters is you see the light filling your body with all this love and you even feel this love through your head and through your forehead and into your forehead.

You feel your third eye opening up and as you feel your third eye opening up,

You feel so tingly.

Then you can see a light shining into your forehead and what's shining into your forehead is pouring light energy into your body.

The light energy is filling your body up with love,

Filling your body up with pleasure,

Filling your body up with positivity,

Filling your body up to make your body feel as good as it's ever felt,

The best that it's ever felt,

The lightest that it's ever felt.

Every breath you feel the light inside of you grow.

You feel your body full of light and you feel this light growing.

You see this light growing.

It's engulfing you.

The light energy is growing outside of your own body.

The light energy,

You can feel the light energy from your body begin to fill up the room.

It's growing even larger.

The light energy is growing to the entire house.

This light energy is blessing everybody within its presence.

As you see this light energy,

Imagine an observer leaving your body and staring at your body.

Feel some light now and that light that is shining into the light,

Into the sky.

Follow that light into space,

Into the sky.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Wherever you are taken,

You will meet a spirit that has something very important to share with you.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

Let it take you somewhere magnificent.

And whenever you'd like,

Start to take your light energy back into your body.

Coming back through your forehead and back through your body.

But just retain anything that you've learned,

Any knowledge,

Any feelings.

It doesn't have to leave you now as you leave this state and come back into your bodies,

Into the now,

Into here.

We learned something.

We maybe even learned something that changed our lives.

Let's not forget it.

Let's write it down.

Let's tell someone.

Let's bring our awareness back into our bodies.

We can feel our hands and feet and legs and shoulders and neck and head.

We can begin to stretch and we can feel our eyes becoming lighter.

You can slowly open your eyes and come back to this reality.
