Welcome to today's meditation. Let's start by focusing on our breath and it doesn't matter how fast or slow you breathe, what really matters is that you breathe in a consistent manner. It may help if you close your eyes. While you do this breathing in good energy, breathing out letting go of all negativity and all toxins, breathing in feeling opportunity and optimism all things that can come. Breathing in all the good energy, breathing out, and letting go of negativity. Every breath that you breathe in you focus.
