Thank you body for carrying me.
Thank you body for fighting for me when I'm sick or tired.
When is the last time you spoke to your body?
What kind of messages are you telling yourself?
I find myself tearing my body apart often.
But why?
My body has done nothing besides support me and show up for me.
What do you need to hear right now?
What does your body deserve to hear right now?
Breathe in,
Exhale.
You're doing the best you can.
Love is not measured by the way you look.
Love is the way your heart beats every day and how your body wakes up every morning.
And how your soul continues to exist so freely.
Become aware of the you that is here right now versus the you who showed up today.
Notice the shift.
And if there is no obvious shift,
Know that you showed up here for you.
And that is the shift.

Hold,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Start to notice the sounds in the room around you.
Wiggle your toes and fingers and begin to flutter your eyes open if they were closed.
