Hi,
Welcome to this energy recovery practice.
Before we begin make sure you're really comfortable in your body.
It's best that you are seated with a straight spine so that can either be in a chair with your feet firmly on the ground or sitting cross-legged and just taking time to come into the body and feel relaxed.
You might need to wiggle around a little bit but really show your body some love,
Tune into it and slowly start to settle in.
Taking really long inhale and exhale and really starting to come back to yourself.
Feel your body from the inside.
Now bring your attention to the area of your head and tune into the energy here.
Now drop down to your heart center and tune into the energy in that area.
Now remember back to feeling at the head center and just check in with yourself is the energy in my head stronger or less than the energy in my heart?
For most of us we typically have more of our attention and therefore our energy in our head so if that was the case for you just come down into your heart and bring your attention there and simply by feeling this heart area and having your attention resting there energy will flow and nourish this center so just keep your attention on the heart area and really feel it.
Every time you breathe imagine that there is more energy flowing to this center and just keep breathing into it until the energy there starts to feel stronger.
When you're resting your attention here you may also feel an increase in warmth in this area.
With each breath feel that there's more energy nourishing your heart center until it starts to feel equal in energy to your mind center.
You can do a quick scan between your heart and your head and just tune into the energy now if it feels more balanced between the two.
And now bringing your attention to your energy center your hara which is just below the belly button bring your attention there and feel into that center.
Does it feel empty or full,
Cold or warm?
Does it feel dull or bright?
And then do a scan of your body and just feel what the energy center of the hara is like compared to the heart and the head by scanning them.
And then come back down to your hara your energy center and keep your attention there and breathe into that center and feel because your attention is there you're attracting energy and nourishment to that center.
With each breath there is more energy coming to you.
And now scan all three energy centers the hara the heart and the head and see if they feel balanced and if one center is feeling lower in energy bring your attention there until all of them feel aligned.
When all of these three energy centers are aligned we feel more balanced we feel more energetic and it's easier for us to make the right kind of decisions and take the right kind of actions for us throughout the day.
When one energy center feels more full than the others it can make us feel out of balance we can be too in our head or sometimes even too emotional or sometimes not enough in those areas and that unbalance can be a reason why we feel tired or just energetically out of whack.
So this is a really quick check-in that you can do any time of the day anywhere you're at and that's going to balance your energy and make you feel more aligned and centered.
Have a beautiful day.
