
Prana Breathing Practice
A truly rejuvenating breathing exercise where we focus on not just the oxygen entering the body, but the prana. As we breathe in we feel the oxygen and prana entering, as we exhale we feel the carbon dioxide leaving BUT the prana going deeper into our cells. This practice is great for feeling deeply energised on a cellular level. It combines mindfulness, pranayama, and feeling connected to Universal Life Force energy but a simple but profound practice.
