Hello,

Welcome to the meditation for headache or migraines.

This is a technique that I do when I have pressure and energy that needs to be released in my head.

This can be from overthinking.

This can be from feeling unsafe.

There can be many reasons,

But usually for me it's those two.

We're going to start with our eyes closed and in a low light room.

And if you feel cold,

You can be sitting or laying down and placing your hands on your head.

Or you can have your hands somewhere else on your body with the palms down.

We're going to come into the body and we're going to feel the pressure and the pain in your head.

And we're going to slowly move some of that energy down,

Feeling into our heart,

Feeling into our belly button,

Feeling into our tailbone,

Feeling into our knees,

Feeling into our ankles,

Feeling into our toes.

And just do that a few times,

Feeling into our hearts,

Belly button,

Tailbone,

Knees,

Ankles,

Toes.

Feeling into our heart,

Belly button,

Tailbone,

Knees,

Ankles,

Toes.

And we're going to feel into the inside of our skull,

Feeling our brain.

And imagining with each exhale any energy or smoke or ink or tar coming out of our ears as we exhale.

I find it helpful to exhale quite audibly.

Feeling that coming out of your ears.

You can also feel it coming out of your mouth,

Out of your nostrils.

Cleansing any stuck energy that doesn't need to be there anymore.

Do this for a few more rounds.

Directing your energy with your breath.

Encouraging it to move on.

And if you begin to feel floaty or ungrounded,

You can feel into the heart,

The belly button,

Tailbone,

The knees,

The ankles,

Toes.

Do that little cycle,

Feeling that you are grounded,

Even though there's a lot of energy happening in your head right now.

And remembering to feel with the exhale any energy that you don't want in your head anymore,

Allowing it to come out of your ears like a smoke or an ink color.

It will do what you ask it to do.

So if you're asking it to relieve pressure,

It will relieve pressure and leave the space.

And if you feel that is complete,

You're now going to imagine feeling the top of our head open.

And as we inhale,

We are drawing down a milky golden syrupy honey bath that our brain is going to float in.

With the exhale,

We're letting our brain float and absorb the nectar and the golden milk that's coming in through the tops of our heads.

Inhale,

Filling up the skull.

Exhale,

It is being absorbed and nourished so deeply.

Inhale,

Drawing in a beautiful substance.

Exhale,

Letting it be bathed,

Nourished and hydrated.

Inhale,

In the skull.

Exhale,

Being absorbed and nourished.

And noticing where your brain is sitting.

Is it quite forward and against the back of your eyes?

Or is it leaning more to the left side of your skull?

We're going to allow it to float in the center.

If it doesn't want to do that,

That's okay.

It's no goal.

Though we are nourishing it with this energy of golden syrup or honey,

Milk,

Water that is so clear and sparkling and living.

Feeling our heads be rehydrated and nourished from the sky,

From the universe.

And then feeling this beautiful vibrancy happening to our brain.

Rehydration and allowing that golden milk to now trickle down the tops of our heads,

In our brain,

In our skull,

Down our throat,

To our heart,

Down our spine,

To our belly button,

Down to our tailbone,

Down our legs,

To our knees,

Down our shins,

To our ankles,

Down to our toes,

And down into wherever we're sitting.

Inhaling,

Bringing that in through the tops of our heads,

Bringing it down,

Down our throat,

Down to our heart,

Down our spine,

Belly button,

Down to our tailbone,

And exhaling it down our thighs,

Down to our knees,

Down to our ankles,

And down through our toes.

This is not simply a cleansing,

This is a filling up,

A rejuvenation of all of our nervous system,

All of our cells,

All every fiber of our body is being re-nourished and rehydrated.

Inhaling,

Bringing that through our skulls,

Down our throats,

Down to our heart,

Down to our belly button,

Down to our tailbone,

Down through our thighs,

To our knees,

Down to our ankles,

And out through our toes.

And with your head still needs a little bit of rest.

If it needs extra attention,

You can let that golden syrup rest in your skull and feel your brain floating,

Feeling the pressure to lean to one side or the other,

Feeling the pressure coming off of your eyes,

Feeling them be rehydrated and juicy.

If you feel ready,

Start moving your hands,

Moving your fingers,

Moving your toes,

Remembering that that beautiful nourishment is there,

You're filled up.

If you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you.
