Well glad you're here.

You did the hard part.

You arrived and now take this moment to make any final adjustments to your meditation posture whether you're sitting up or you're laying down and give yourself this moment to settle in as you close your eyes and as you close your eyes it's as if there's this welcoming of this inner world,

This expansive greater world and taking a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out taking another deep breath in through your nose,

Filling up your belly,

Your chest,

Your lungs.

Maybe you notice your spine elongating with the inhale.

Chest rising and as you release your exhale can you empty a little bit more.

Breathing in,

Filling up your belly,

Your chest,

Your lungs and taking these big abundant inhales and exhales slower and slower on your own.

In this moment,

Can you allow for every inhale to be an invitation to calm the mind,

Calm the physical body and every exhale can you give yourself permission to experience that calmness and knowing very well that that calmness is always there.

It is always alive within you.

This clarity,

This calmness,

This peace.

It's just moving your attention,

Moving your awareness to that calmness,

That peace,

That stillness,

Harmony and as you take these big inhales and exhales it's as if you can send love and compassion to all the thoughts that might be coming and going and just for this moment together can you notice the thoughts without becoming the thoughts,

Without attaching to the thoughts.

As if these thoughts are bubbles that come to your awareness and float away.

Sometimes they just disappear on their own.

They were never yours to begin with.

You just notice them and no longer being at war with the thoughts,

Just noticing them through the eyes of that love,

That harmony,

That calmness.

Noticing that in between every thought there is that peace,

There is that calmness,

That harmony.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Can you just for right now give yourself full permission to relax.

No problems to solve right now.

No solutions to discover right now.

Can you let it all go just for right now?

Placing all of your worries,

Fears,

To-do lists in the hands of a greater mind,

Greater love.

So you can discover some relaxation right now.

You can discover and reunite with that loving peace.

So you can realign and harmonize with your true heartfelt expression.

With nothing else coloring it or getting in the way.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Allowing yourself to experience your generous heart.

Discovering your generous heart but from a place of whole and completeness.

From a space of abundance.

From a space where you are never depleted.

And in this moment go ahead and invite some deep relaxation in your physical body.

Starting with your shoulders.

Maybe you start to notice your shoulders wanting to drop further down.

More space between your ears and your shoulders.

And placing all the heaviness you carry on your shoulders in the open hands of a greater love,

A greater intelligence.

Just for right now.

All the little things,

All the big things.

You don't need to know what those things are right now.

Just energetically experience that lifting,

That your arms feeling heavy.

Every inhale you invite this calmness.

Every exhale you experience it even more to a greater degree.

Your awareness to fall up your neck to your jaw.

Allowing yourself to calm all the subtle muscles in your face.

All the muscles in your jaw can dissolve.

Any worries and stress you hold in these spaces melts away in this moment.

Your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your chin.

The sides of your neck.

The front,

The back of your neck.

Traveling down to your shoulders once again.

Softening,

Releasing.

All the way down to your arms,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Palms of your hands.

Every inhale welcomes more.

Every exhale you experience more relaxation.

Releasing your hips.

Just for right now,

Allowing for the seat below you to hold you.

To support you.

Maybe you support so many people in your life.

Can you allow yourself to feel supported right now?

To truly experience the support of the universe.

That's holding you.

Can you just for right now surrender into that loving embrace?

Breathing in,

Welcoming.

That loving hug.

As you exhale,

Surrender into that embrace.

Allowing your hips to dissolve,

Your low back to soften and release.

You typically hold tension here.

Can you dissolve all the stress you hold in these spaces in a deeper and greater way?

Allowing the loving universe to hold you.

To share its love with you.

You notice your legs growing heavier.

To allow them to relax even more.

All the way down to your knees.

Your calves,

Your ankles.

The bottoms of your feet.

The tops of your toes.

The bottom of your toes.

Allowing your entire body to experience deep relaxation and harmony with this loving embrace.

As if you could do a trust fall into the loving arms of this greater love.

The divine.

Allowing yourself to harmonize with this love.

And bringing your attention to your heart.

To also harmonize with this love.

With the love that's beating your heart without you needing to do a thing.

What if you,

In this moment,

Can just allow your heart to harmonize with its natural rhythm.

Without any worries,

Stress,

Fears getting in the way.

Breathing in,

Claiming this experience for yourself.

And every exhale,

Experiencing it.

Your whole body.

Harmonizing with its natural rhythm.

Its natural loving intelligence.

This miracle of this physical body.

Every cell knows exactly what to do.

And how to do it.

Allow for it to harmonize with its natural loving intelligence.

To restore,

To repair,

To harmonize.

Sensing your physical body in complete harmony with this peace.

And as you do so,

Notice your awareness with your beautiful soul.

This part of you that will love an everlasting love.

This beautiful soul of yours that's the unique expression of this divine love.

That's connected to everlasting love.

Knowing that you are a soul with a physical body.

Here to share this love.

But for right now,

Can you allow yourself to discover this relationship with your own soul.

With that love that is always whole and complete,

Connected and ever knowing.

And with your beautiful soul,

Can you experience that connectedness?

The connectedness with humanity.

The connectedness with nature.

The connectedness with the spirit side of life.

Can you send a blessing to your physical life?

All that you've experienced here in this physical world.

But can you also acknowledge what is beyond and within this physical world?

That is pure love.

That is generosity and peace.

That is always abundant with love.

Always abundant with possibilities.

Can you be with this part of life just for right now?

Breathing in and breathing out with all of your attention here.

Cultivating a memory of how this experience feels.

In this space your cup is always full.

In this space you sense and feel and know the love within and all around you.

You give from a space of pure loving generosity that is never ending.

From this space there is kindness and compassion for your own soul and others.

From this space enoughness and not enoughness never existed.

In its entirety it's love that's everlasting.

Breathing in and breathing out bringing your hands upon your heart.

Bringing this love and this perspective into your physical being.

Seeing through the eyes of love in your physical world as you breathe in and breathe out.

It's been an honor meditating with you.

The peace and love within me sees the peace and love within me.
