Explore MeditationAs a life long helper, Colette has been a career social worker. As someone who supports peaceful and authentic living for herself and others, she became a psychotherapist to support those suffering from Anxiety and grief. Her decades long work led her to Somatic Healing. Not all healing is done through talk therapy and she found herself intrigued by healing trauma through other means. Becoming trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has allowed her to be a part of the healing journey of many. Armed with that mission, Colette continued her Somatic Healer journey by becoming a YTT200 trained yoga teacher. This afforded her the ability to use Body Awareness, through movement and breath, to calm the mind, the body and ease the nervous system. Colette combines all of this knowledge and passion to help others through guided personalized meditations and visualizations. Using deep breathing (being present) and a focus on your future, while (internal) moving obstacles that may be hindering your growth, Colette will help you unlock the path to your dreams that you have yet to imagine!
