This is the relaxation meditation Greg offers his children if they have trouble falling asleep. The focus is on relaxing the body as if to sink into the mattress, and so to make space for each breath that comes and goes easily. It starts with some background piano music, which fades after a couple of minutes, and resumes -- gently -- just before the end.
