Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.

You are now going on a healing journey where upon arriving you will feel relaxed,
Refreshed and rejuvenated.
Now imagine walking barefoot on a bed of soft green moss deep within the forest.
Feel the coolness and comfort and healing it brings to your feet.
As you wiggle your toes you feel such relief and gratitude and this feeling slowly spreads up into your body.
With each breath you take you feel your body becoming infused with healing and refreshing energy.
You feel rooted and connected to Mother Earth and with new eyes you take in your surroundings.
You notice the dappled sunlight streaming through the trees and you smell the crisp scent of pine and you hear the birds singing with joy.
What a glorious adventure.
In the distance you see the most beautiful pool of twinkling blue water.
As you feast upon it,
It beckons to you.
And as you approach the pond you notice your reflection in the water.
You gaze softly upon yourself noticing how beautiful you are.
Your face is flushed and glowing with the pleasure of your adventure.
Your eyes sparkle with vibrant health.
And with each breath you take a feeling of pure love radiates within your whole being.
With a mischievous grin you decide to strip down and slowly enter the water.
It feels amazing and you slowly immerse yourself and you come to realize that the water is running within you,
Taking away all the stress,
Pain and healing you of all ills known and unknown.
You have become one with the water,
Weightless,
Buoyant.
You radiate pure love for yourself,
Your beautiful body,
Your beautiful inner being.
Take a deep breath giving thanks to all that you are.
Enjoy this sacred time.
Celebrate this time.
On the next breath you slowly make your way back to the mossy area where you are softly cradled and warmed by the sun.
You know deep down that you are truly healed.
Go deep into that feeling.
Feel peace,
Love.
You feel radiant and revitalized.
And know you can come back to this feeling at any time by softly closing your eyes,
Breathing deeply and slowly.
Take a deep breath and start coming back.
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
You might want to stretch.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
