Sitting upright with your feet on the floor,
Allow yourself to relax,
Focus on your breath,
Breathing deeply,
Drawing your breath from within your lower belly,
Feeling the energetic life force pulse upwards towards your heart chakra,
Up through your throat,
Cooling and calming,
All the while rising up,
Opening your crown chakra where you are connected to bliss consciousness.
While focusing on your breath,
Allow yourself to connect to the peace and tranquility of bliss consciousness and open your inner wisdom,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Now allow your breath to soften your scalp,
Your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
And your neck.
With each breath,
Feel these areas relax and soften.
And as you melt into pure relaxation,
You now feel your shoulders release,
And this release and relaxation now spreads to your whole body.
Totally relax,
Deeper and deeper.

Now imagine yourself floating on a beautiful turquoise colored lake,
Feeling content.
You allow yourself to dream and imagine the purest,
Most incredible turquoise waterfall located at the end of the lake.
Sparkling in the distance,
You see and you feel and hear the vibration of this beautiful waterfall is calling to you.
As you gently float towards it,
You know immediately that this waterfall has the ability to purify and heal your ability to express yourself.
As you approach the base of the waterfall,
The most beautiful set of stairs appear.
They are here to guide you towards the waterfall,
Which upon further inspection is the purest blue light falling gently from above.
You slowly walk up the stairs,
Step by step,
Towards this energy light.
As you reach the top,
You see a spot in the middle of this beautiful blue light,
Feeling the energy,
The vibration.
You notice a golden altar placed in the middle of this light.
You just take a little bit of time here and just notice your surroundings.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
What do you sense around you?
Are there any sounds,
Any vibrations?
Just take it all in.
You approach the altar now,
Standing in this beautiful blue light,
And you notice the vastness of the space around you.
You feel the vastness around your body.
As you gaze down upon your body,
You realize it has also become the most beautiful blue energy.
Feeling inspired and in harmony with this energy,
You open your mouth,
Allowing the magic of expression to speak through you.
You are finding your true voice,
And you begin to sing the praises of your life.
You are sharing your message.
You're speaking freely,
With compassion and love,
Your true,
Authentic self.
As you look around you,
You see your message is being received by all those around you.
You notice their smiles.
Their heads are nodding in agreement.
Their hearts are opening.
You feel heard and understood,
And seen at a level not felt before.
What is your message?
As you tap into your own inner wisdom,
And as you're connected to bliss consciousness,
You become a channel.
You get to channel your message freely,
Authentically,
And confidently.
You are able to speak freely,

You turn towards the golden altar,
Where you now notice a beautiful gift-wrapped box placed upon it.
Your name is on the beautiful wrapped box,
And you open it.
Inside,
You find a beautiful necklace made of the most exquisite turquoise that you've ever seen.
This is gifted to you to symbolize your ability to speak in harmony and to tap into your highest self with truth and compassion,
Sharing your message to be received and heard by all those who choose to listen.
You put the necklace on and give thanks to those with you.
In the pure blue energy raining down upon you,
You turn around.
You slowly start your descent back down the stairs,
Leaving this experience to return to the lake,
Where you will once again float on the water,
Back to shore,
Where you will sit in pure bliss,
Allowing this experience of healing to settle.
You feel abundant and prosperous,
Knowing you can speak clearly and easily anytime now and in the future.
Words flow easily and effortlessly.
Knowing this,
You now begin to take notice of your surroundings.
You feel the chair that you are sitting upon supporting your body.
