Paying attention to the coolness of the air,
Entering your nasal passages,
Noticing how it feels entering your body,
Followed by the slow,
Deep,
Relaxing release on the exhale.
That's right.
With each exhale,
You allow your body to release,
Let go of tension and stress,
To relax to a place where you feel fully safe and supported.
So relax now.
All tension is drained out of your body.
Your mind quiets,
So all you are aware of is the wisdom humming within,
Allowing yourself the bespoke pleasure of being in simple awareness,
Opening to the creative intelligence and connecting to your innate inner wisdom through source energy.
Your ability to set intentions and manifest come from this very place,
Sparked by spirit,
Flowing down the manifestation channel free and clear,

You imagine now a bright light entering the top of your head,
And with each breath,
This light flows easily and gently down your spine,
Where it then travels down each leg,
Into your feet,
And then connects you to Mother Earth,
Focusing on the bottom of your feet.
You are now connected,
Centered,
And plugged in,
Ready to create abundance in all areas of your life.
Take a moment now to enjoy this coming home into yourself,
Feeling safe,
Protected,
And ready to bring into your material world whatever your heart and soul desires.
Ready now to fully embrace bliss consciousness in your material world.
How can you not?
As all there is when open is bliss consciousness.
Out there,
In here,
It is one and the same.
You feel a warm tingling at the bottom of your feet.
You feel deeply rooted and grounded with the Earth.
You begin to feel this warmth start to infuse your whole body,
Coming up from the bottom of your feet,
Up through your legs,
Into your hips.
I am one with all of this consciousness.
You now decide to lay your body down upon the Earth,
Allowing yourself to fully relax,
And be embraced and cocooned,
Becoming one with the Earth,
With heartfelt emotions.
As your body melts into the Earth,
You hear her heartbeat.
My mind and body are now at sync.
You sense your own heart beating as one with the Earth,
And you sense the same rhythm with your breath.
Breathing in with the Earth,
Breathing out with the Earth,
Together as one.
In the blissful enjoyment of this experience with universal energy,
You have a sudden flash of clarity as your mind and body suddenly sync together.
I am whole and one.
You see everything,
You are filled with such clarity.
In this place of simple awareness,
My mind is clear.
I know what I want.
I live in bliss consciousness.
You now know I am another child of the Earth,
Inhabiting the body of bliss.
I am dancing the dance of creation,
For I am enough.
With this new awareness,
You gaze above you,
Noticing the vastness of the night sky,
The stars,
Planets,
The moon.
You become aware of your surroundings,
And know they are not separate from you.
They are you,
And you are them.
You are one with everything.
You hold the power of abundance,
As you are abundance,
And abundance is you.
You have everything you need to live in this space and place in time.
Spend some time in this place of abundance,
And notice what is possible here for you.
Living in your life's purpose,
Freedom of expression,
With love and compassion,
Feeling that path of desire compel you forward into birthing the creation into your material world.

All you have to do is come back to this blissful place of simple awareness,
Where you access the flow of creative intelligence,
Where your words are magic,
You experience love and compassion,
Taking inspired action on the path of your desire,
Birthing to earth the knowledge of you are at home in yourself,
And you dance the dance of creation,
Whole and complete,
As one with the universe,

Sensing and coming back into your body,
Giving yourself a big hug,
Wiggling your feet and your toes,
Your fingers and your hands,
And feeling your self smile,
Smiling with your lips,
With your heart,
With your spirit,
Being aware of the room around you,
The noises around you,
You start to become fully aware,
Present,
Refreshed,
And awake,
With your eyes open,
Big smile,
