Chapter six,

Let it go,

Move on,

LIGMO.

A few moments ago,

You might have been reading about the importance of silence or knowing the stages of grief.

Time has passed and you are in another moment.

This moment is the only thing you can do anything about.

Events that have taken place cannot be changed.

Imagine walking around with a hot coal in your hand every time you find yourself holding onto the past.

Would you want to carry a hot coal for seconds,

Minutes or hours?

Accept the past for what it is,

Over.

Accept what you have now as a gift,

The present.

Practice,

Think about a situation you can't seem to let go of.

Sit in a quiet place.

Ask your divine source to help you let go of the situation.

Use the affirmation,

I let go of the past.

I move forward with love in my heart.

Affirmation,

I move forward in my life with joy.
