Chapter 18,

Forgive.

We are all human and have all done things we are not proud of.

We have all been hurt by someone.

We must learn to forgive others for their betrayals and indiscretions.

We must learn to forgive ourselves for being hurt,

Ashamed,

Or damaged by someone else's actions.

Forgiveness is one of the keys to freedom and peace of mind.

Research ways to practice forgiveness.

I learned a technique,

Radical forgiveness,

Which has changed my life for the better.

This approach allows me to reflect on myself,

The situation,

And gives me ways to move forward.

I've learned to appreciate situations through forgiveness that I would never have expected.

Being open to forgiveness is freeing.

Find what works for you so you can move forward and release the energy that holds you back when you have not forgiven yourself and or others.

Practice.

Sit in a quiet place and ask your divine source to open your heart to forgive all parties involved.

Visualize a white light surrounding everyone and send thoughts of love and forgiveness.

Affirmation.

I forgive myself and all others and allow peace and love to flow into our lives.

So much gratitude for this shirt to the point talk on forgiveness πŸ™πŸ». I’m going to purchase the book that this comes from and research ways to help me to forgive certain people in my life that I’ve struggled with. These are people that I love deeply and a few are not safe for me to reveal certain things due to their own lack of boundaries. Others are doing the best they can. I’m the one who as soon as I think I’ve really forgiven them and have let go of a past hurt, I get triggered sometimes out of nowhere and then it’s back. I’m the one getting hurt. Namaste and many blessings πŸ™πŸ»βœ¨πŸ’œπŸ•ŠοΈ

Thank you for explaining the basic steps. I know that forgiveness is so important as part of my healing journey, but being told to forgive, but not how, has been a struggle in the past. So I really appreciate this as a starting point. Thank you πŸ™
