Healing Meditation Close your eyes Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly signaling to your body that you are safe Simply notice your breath Begin to lengthen your inhales and exhales and allow yourself to surrender Breathe into your heart and connect with your body Send unconditional love for yourself into your cells Flood your being with ease and grace I choose right now to release the wounds of my past I choose right now to forgive myself and to forgive those who have treated me with disrespect I understand they may have been dealing with their own wounds I forgive them knowing they were doing the best that they could at the time I release the feeling of it being personal and I know that it may have had nothing to do with me at all Their own shadow may have been enveloping them It's okay I love myself I forgive myself I trust myself I am the keeper of my word and that is enough I am grateful for the lessons These experiences were crucial for my conscious evolution I release the wounds I soften the scars I let the light in and allow it to guide me to heal me,
To bring me back into wholeness and so it is Breathe in and breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe in and breathe out Allow yourself to heal Allow yourself to release this pain Allow yourself to let go of the regret and resentment you have been holding onto You are enough You are capable of rising up You are capable of releasing and surrendering and allowing yourself to fully and completely love who you are in this moment,

Right now Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out As you continue to breathe and soften and surrender know that you are healing in this moment Know that you are raising your frequency Know that you are expanding your consciousness Know that the more you release and forgive and let go the more you can perceive and expand and uplift Keep breathing Keep releasing Keep letting go of what no longer serves you As you breathe in love and light Exhale pain and regret Allow yourself to recalibrate to this new you that is healing bit and know that that is enough right here,
