This is an emergency reset.

I want you to recognize that you are safe,

That you are okay.

I want you to slow your breath,

Drop your shoulders.

We're going to take three intentional breaths.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

I want you to keep breathing at the measure of your own breath.

The importance is to just breathe.

Breathing calms your nervous system,

It quiets the mind,

It oxygenates the blood,

It brings you into the present moment.

You are okay,

And let me tell you all the reasons why you're wonderful.

You are a beautiful spiritual being living in this human body,

And you are created from magic and miracles and wonder.

Isn't that magnificent?

I want you to take just a little inventory now.

How do you feel?

Do you feel better from when we began?

Every moment is an opportunity to begin again.
