Welcome to this nurturing journey of growth.

The path towards embracing abundance.

Today we focus on removing the inner barriers,

Much like clearing away weeds that might hinder a tree's natural capacity for growth.

We are,

Like the rest of nature,

Inherently connected to the boundless abundance of the universe.

Now find a comfortable position where you can maintain a sense of groundedness.

It could be seated,

Laying down or even standing,

As long as it allows you to relax but stay alert.

Once you are settled,

If it's safe to,

Gently close your eyes and let your body relax,

Releasing any tension in your muscles,

Allowing the earth to support and stabilize you.

Now shift your energy to the calming rhythm of your breath,

Each cycle nurturing your growth,

Just as sunlight and water nurture a tree.

Visualize yourself as a tree,

Standing tall in a vast forest.

Your branches are reaching out to the sky,

Aspiring for the warm sunlight,

Just like the abundance we seek.

Now notice among the thriving branches,

Some appear different.

They are not as lush,

They don't stretch as high.

These are the branches that have grown in the shadows.

They represent your fears,

Your doubts and limiting beliefs that seemingly obstruct your path to abundance.

It's important to remember that as babies we were inherently aware of our worthiness.

We instinctively cried out for what we needed and usually received.

However,

As we grew,

Conditioning often taught us to be quiet to make ourselves smaller,

To avoid standing out.

We suffer from tall poppy syndrome.

This conditioning can result in the development of shadow branches in our subconscious mind,

Such as a fear of financial instability or a belief I am not deserving of wealth.

Maybe even successful people are merely lucky.

These branches grown in the shadows can prevent us from fully embracing prosperity.

Remember these shadow branches are not your enemies,

Nor do they indicate a failure or a flaw within you.

They are natural parts of your growth,

Parts that simply have not been fully exposed to the sunlight.

Recognize these branches not with judgment,

But with understanding and compassion.

Now let's bring these shadow branches into the light.

With each affirming thought,

Visualize a ray of sunlight touching these branches,

Warming them,

Feeding them,

Helping them grow.

Facing a shadow branch,

Perhaps one representing a fear of instability,

Take a deep breath and affirm to yourself,

I am deserving of stability and abundance.

I release my fear and stability and prosperity flow freely into my life.

Watch as this branch absorbs this affirmation,

Strengthens and starts reaching out for the warm sunlight,

Further dispelling shadows.

Feel the energy shift within you as this part of you comes into the light,

Making way for the flow of abundance.

Now think back to when you were a child or an infant.

You knew your worthiness then.

You cried out when you needed something,

And you probably received it.

You took up space,

You made yourself heard.

Remember that child now,

That pure essence of self-love and self-worth.

Let's use this energy to tackle the next branch.

Maybe this one holds the limiting belief of being undeserving.

Breathe in and deeply affirm,

I am inherently deserving of abundance.

I embrace the confidence and worthiness of my inner child.

I let go of doubts and allow prosperity to embrace me.

Visualize this branch also growing stronger,

The shadow becoming lighter.

Finally,

Turn your attention to one more branch,

Possibly bearing the weight of relationships,

Ones that maybe made you feel that you needed to make yourself small or quiet.

Inhale and affirm,

I am not defined by my past relationships.

I embrace my uniqueness and allow it to bring abundance and love into my life.

Feel the branch take in your affirmation,

The shadow shrinking and the branch growing taller,

Vibrant and resilient.

Feel the transformation within you,

As all parts of you are now basking in the sunlight of abundance,

Shadows and awe.

Now that the shadow branches have been illuminated,

Feel your entire being bathing in the warm,

Generous sunlight.

Affirm to yourself,

I am a magnificent being.

I am worthy of all the abundance that the universe has to offer.

Visualize this abundance in any form that resonates with you,

Prosperity,

Love,

Health,

Peace or joy.

Feel this abundance in the sunlight,

Absorbed by your branches,

Nurturing your growth,

Helping you to thrive.

And now as we conclude this meditation,

Take a few moments to express gratitude for this journey of growth and self-discovery.

Appreciate your courage for facing your shadows and embracing your abundant nature.

Whenever you are ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you,

The sounds,

The smells,

The feeling of the ground supporting you,

As you gently open your eyes and go about your day.

Remember this,

You are like a tree,

Grounded,

Resilient and ever-growing.

You are deserving of the universe's boundless abundance and it is ready for you to receive it.

Thank you for embarking on this journey with me.

Much love.

Namaste.

Thank you. This was lovely. I have such a difficulty with abundance that I’ve won’t even listen to meditations in the topic. However, at this time I chose to do it, and it was a good and gentle awakening as to why I push abundance away…. mostly due to passed upbringing and a marriage relationship. it’s time to move beyond that as I own, my own older home that needs some care. I intend to get that done and believe that I can support that process financially. 🙏🙏🙏
