I will be guiding you through a grounding breathwork flow to help settle the mind and release any heavy or scattered emotions.
This flow is designed to bring you back into your body,
Back to the present moment.
If you haven't done so already,
Find a comfortable position,
Sit tall with a straight spine or lie down.
You can soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
No need to change it.
Just notice it for now.
Now inhale and exhale only through the nose.
Letting your belly expand on the inhale and letting it soften on the exhale.
Feel the support beneath you,
The chair or the floor.
Just notice what's here.
Any noises,
Any thoughts,
Any emotions.
No need to fix anything.
No need to do anything.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Today I will be guiding you through three rounds of breathing.
We will breathe in through the nose,
Filling up the belly and filling up the chest for a count of five and then exhale out the mouth with a sigh for a count of five,
Keeping everything relaxed.
No need to force anything in today's practice.
