A Moment of Gratitude Gratitude is the number one way to raise your vibration and get into alignment with receiving all you desire and more.

Begin each day with this five minutes of gratitude mindful meditation and watch as your whole reality shifts and unfolds before your eyes.

So sitting in a comfortable position with your feet on the ground or your legs crossed,

We're going to begin with some rooting breaths really connecting to that root chakra.

I'm going to have you first inhale from the depths of your belly up into your chest and on your exhale we'll release in the following rhythm.

This is what it's like.

And in that rhythm we're going to do it three times together.

So taking that inhale from your belly up into your chest and on that exhale,

Breathing it all the way out.

Doing that two more times.

Deep breath in from the belly up into your chest and on your exhale,

Breathing it out and beautiful.

One more time together.

Here we go.

From the belly,

Breathing it all the way up into your chest and on your exhale,

Breathing it all the way out.

Beautiful.

Now that we are rooted,

Let's get deeply grounded so we can connect to the earth below.

The ground ourselves and replenish energy from a renewed source of the earth.

Okay.

Connecting to your root chakra,

The ruby red cord as it's coming out of your sit bones,

Your pelvic region,

Your tailbone and start this ruby red cord going down below the floor,

Below the house,

Into the ground of the dirt,

The clay of the earth,

All the way down until you feel it hitting the core of the earth in the center.

Good.

Now that our ruby red cord is connected to the core of the earth,

Feeling the energy,

We are now grounded and are going to begin to bring up the renewed fresh energy from your ruby red grounding cord.

Back up through the clay,

The dirt,

The floor beneath you,

Back into the base of your sit bones.

Notice as this energy is working its way up your body,

Feeling what it feels like to be grounded,

Connected,

Calm and supported and nourished.

Good.

Let's begin to connect to the rhythm of gratitude.

We will practice a series of exercises where I will begin the first part and you will complete the sentence.

Notice as each thing you are grateful for arises with ease and the emotions behind them that come up for you.

Feel the emotions of gratitude behind each thing so that you can begin to let God,

Source,

Universe know that you would like to receive more of such things.

P.

S.

It's okay if you repeat them a few times or repeat all the things.

Let's begin.

I will say for you,

I am so happy and grateful for and you complete the sentence.

Are you ready?

Here we go.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

And breathe.

Beautiful.

Here we go.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

And breathe.

All right.

Last round.

Here we go.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

I am so happy and grateful for.

Beautiful.

Good.

Feeling as your gratitude's pulse through your energy field.

Feeling as your gratitude's anchor into your knowing.

Feeling as your gratitude's surround your being.

Feel as your gratitude's expand the light into your aura.

And feel as your energy of gratitude,

Love,

And light radiate throughout your entire space now.

Beautiful.

I am so grateful for you being here today,

Pouring into yourself,

Your soul,

And your light.

May you receive all the blessings coming your way.

Namaste.
