Hello and welcome to the Golden Light Meditation.
A guided message and guided journey from our spirit animal,
The stag.
When you are ready,
Find a comfortable and cozy space.
Lying down on your back and gently closing your eyes or sitting whichever you prefer.
Taking a deep breath through your nose and holding it for just a moment and exhaling deeply.
Relax your jaw and continue your rhythm of breathing.
Letting your mind become aware of your feet.
Feel a soft warm golden glow.
Begin to enter at the point of your feet.
Let it fill the soles with the warmth and relaxation as a blanket of comfort washes over you.
Allowing the soft warm golden energy to flow its way up to your ankles and calves,
To your shins and upper quads.
Let the warmth fill your legs with relaxation.
Now let the warm golden light move into your hips and your back,
Into your pelvis and abdomen.
Filling your cavities with the warm soft radiance and moving up to your spine.
As the soft golden light coils and coats every vertebrae.
Breathing in and slowly filling your lungs of golden essence.
And exhaling the soft golden essence as it washes over your body.
Let's do this a few more times until our body is surrounded by beautiful golden light.
Good.
Now that you are relaxed and completely dressed in your golden gown of energy,
I invite you to join me on a journey.
We begin our journey today on the edge of a stone made path outside of a quaint little cottage in a brightly lit forest.
Looking around on this cozy autumn day,
You notice a glimmering sun and how it warms your back.
And as you face the opening in the trees,
The cool breeze from the forest invites you ever so gently to enter her amber colored path.
She has illuminated the way with her colorful leaves.
And you just can't resist her no longer as you accept her invite and begin slowly steadily strolling into her forest.
Notice how she begins to embrace you and shower you with her warm colorful leaves.
Almost as if she's trying to send you gratitude for visiting her today.
All around you,
You can hear birds calling to one another.
Their sounds are gentle and sweet.
As if they are encouraging you to take a few more steps into their home.
And so you do.
The peace in the forest is total bliss.
So you take the opportunity to rest in the small meadow which you happen upon in the middle of this warm,
Safe forest.
Listening closely as you hear a creek nearby.
Gently lapping its water over the stone which lay on it.
Feeling the cool,
Soft breeze as it whooshes around you.
Laying leaves around you.
And it feels good to be embraced by Mother Nature's bounty.
Notice as your eyes are closed and your heart is filled with so much joy.
Just be presence in the moment.
In a few moments you begin to sense a curious presence of another being in the forest in front of you.
And as you look upon,
You see standing there,
About six feet in front of you,
A beautiful doe.
Her limpid brown eyes resting upon you.
She is completely at ease and so are you.
For a few moments you feel out each other's energies.
And radiating from her you feel love and confidence,
Safety and.
.
.
She is so calm and assured in your presence that even her ears are still.
It seems as if she has something to tell you.
As if she has brought a message for you.
And somehow you become aware of the message and are ready to receive it.
Open your heart now and receive her message.
Your heart is filled and overflowing with the love you are feeling in her message.
She stands there for a few moments longer.
And then she slowly says her goodbyes and walks with grace back into her forest.
What a beautiful moment.
Getting up from your place in the meadow and slowly walking back towards the path,
Towards the cottage.
And as you walk back,
You're integrating the message from our beautiful stag friend.
With each step you take,
Begin to come back to your conscious awareness of the room around you.
Becoming more and more pleasant.
And slowly moving your hands and feet.
And when you are ready,
Arise and take the message from our stag friend with you throughout the rest of your day.
She is gorgeous.
You are abundant.
And shall her message to you be received in all of the glorious ways.
And so it is.
