Welcome to this healing meditation of the Autumn Equinox and Angel Upgrades.

The Autumn Equinox is a time in the season which calls forward our bounty to be harvested,
Celebrations to our gracious work,
And harmonization for all that we are.
With today's Archangel support,
We will receive upgrades in our harvest,
Abundance,
And reality.

In this Autumn Equinox meditation,
I invite you to come back into your full form and harmonize your reality.
A season of harvesting,
Abundance,
And harmonization is upon us.
This Autumn Equinox meditation will celebrate your new personal vibration of fulfilling desires and new manifestation frequencies that have arrived.
So let's begin by finding a relaxing and cozy space that can fully support us in being present for this upgrade.
Now that you've found your cozy space,
Let's start by beginning to take a few deep cleansing breaths.
And notice as the cool air fills your lungs and the warm air exits and fills your surroundings.
Sinking deeper into relaxation as you close your eyes,
Inhaling tranquility,
And exhaling any stress or discomfort or any limiting thoughts that currently surround you.
Relax deeper,
Knowing there is no right or wrong way to experience this meditation and angel upgrades.
You will simply receive any and all upgrades that are meant for you during this divine time.
I invite you to ask your guardians,
Your guides,
And your personal support angels into this moment to support you on your next level and help you rise with ease,
Shifting out of energies that no longer serve you in this season.
Inviting your angels and guides into this space.
Relax and know the moment you ask for their support and presence,
They are there always.
Now if you can sense them around you,
Familiarize yourself with their presence.
They may feel warm,
They may feel heavy,
The environment and energy around you may have just changed,
Or maybe you don't feel them at all,
Which is totally fine.
But know that they are there and they are supporting you in this moment.
